Invisible Horizons spent 2021 offering solid executive/leadership coaching and strategic business consulting. Throughout the year, as we talked with many leaders about the challenges they face, we found some common threads:

Enter: Peer Advisory Groups.

The mission of Peer Advisory Groups is to help senior leaders shape the future of work.  Now more than ever, executives must be innovative in providing unforgettable worker experiences for their organizations to attract and retain the best talent in the World.  Building on the platform of growth10 (“G10”), Invisible Horizons provides a safe, confidential, and engaging monthly meeting by offering provocative thought leadership that will help chart the future with leaders who understand they must be at the forefront of leading change, not only for their organizations, but for the many workers who will take this leadership model and replicate it everywhere they go in their careers.

Forward-thinking senior leaders (current availability outlined below) receive multiple resources through these programs: personal mentorship; monthly mastermind/peer advisory group; an on-demand content library; and a national network of peers.

Through these monthly innovative executive advisory groups, provocative thought leadership webinars (through G10), and exposure to next generation technologies, Invisible Horizons will help executives take their organizations into the future.
