This was me on Tuesday afternoon when I hit the "send" button instead of the "schedule" button for my weekly Leadership blog:  

I realized the second I hit send that my standard "Thursday Thoughts" (also known as my Leadership blog) was being delivered on Tuesday.  Ugh.  

Even the best laid plans get messed up at times.
